Romer Bakery and Mr. Java was at the 34th Annual Strawberry Jazz Festival held at the Civic Auditorium & Governor Small Park in Kankakee. Those in attendance enjoyed:

Musical Groups: Kings of Dixieland, Something Special Singers, Palmer Tolly Trio, Sax-O-Fun, Midnight Sun, Heart Line Trio, Terry McDonald, King Music Kids.

Theatre: Kankakee Valley Theater high school performers. Presenting excerpts from the Disney production, "High School Musical."
